At Balance Massage and Yoga, I strive to help you find wellness through natural healing. Our bodies can shift out of alignment through injury, overuse and stress. I want to help your body find balance again through various massage techniques.
I am trained in Medical Myotherapy, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Craniosacral techniques and Thai Passive Stretching techniques. We will work together to find what works best for your body.
