It's that simple! We don't need to be rocket scientists to know that our economy and culture leaves us overworked and under-rested. Massage therapy puts us in touch with our bodies, helps prevent burnout, and can help us stay sane in a world that squeezes us for all we've got.
My bodywork primarily uses Swedish massage techniques - a modality that activates the "rest and digest" part of our nervous system, clearing the way for our bodies to do the magical work of repairing itself from the residues of stress, anxiety, and/or pain. I currently attend the Balance Massage School of Vermont (where you can find me at their student clinic on Wednesdays!) and, until I receive my license, I'm offering discounted massages.

Books are open Saturday mornings, Sunday afternoons, and Monday all day. Inquire for other times throughout the week--there's a chance I can fit you in! Exact location will be sent after booking.
