Massage session can easily start from a simple relaxation style session, or you can pick a more in depth therapeutic, sport or clinical style massage targeting major range of motion problems, muscle "knots" and chronic pain or just helping with stress and sleep.  If you are unsure where to start you can easily contact me, and I'd be happy to chat on the best options for you.  I highly recommend all new clients start with a Swedish, which I'll be able to assess your body and give you advice for future sessions.  

I sometimes get told I look intimidating, but know I am very friendly, supportive and love working with all humans, aliens, and animals, and I do not discriminate or post judgment on anyone.  All clients will be welcomed into a safe and relaxing environment.
