Nestled in the Shenandoah Valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains, my therapeutic massage and bodywork sanctuary is conveniently located right in the heart of town and offers a wide range of modalities and flexible office hours. Weekends and some holidays can be made available upon request. A wide variety of special event offerings are available as well such as wedding parties, holiday massage parties, onsite chair massage, etc. 

Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs including a postural evaluation, hot or cold applications if desired, a variety of organic aromatic oils to choose from and self care techniques to maintain your optimum wellness. The healing sessions uniquely integrate Eastern and Western specialties including Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, 5 Element Style Shiatsu/Acupressure, Sports Massage, Assisted Stretches, Reflexology, Pre/Postnatal Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage and Gentle Energy Techniques using Polarity and Reiki principles to bring you, your body and your Spirit back to whole.

In addition, as a stained glass artisan and fine artist in oil and pastel painting, I call on the magical elements of nature, the healing power of color, and the innate energy which fuels us all, to create custom pieces of fine art, stained glass windows, home decor and jewelry as unique as you.
