Rayna started out on her path of healing through massage therapy school, graduating from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga in 2002. She then continued her studies at East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, Florida, graduating in 2009 with a Masters degree in Oriental Sciences. Her journey also included studies of ancient healing practices as well as Acupuncture. For the majority of her career, Rayna has worked with injuries related to accidents, trauma and sports activity. She spent many years treating professional athletes at the Gulfstream Racetrack in Hollywood, Florida, where she treated famous jockeys. Her patients are regulars at the most exclusive and highest earning races in the world. Her expertise lies in removing pain from the body and balancing the mind and emotions. Rayna’s excitement is in treating acute and complex myofascial pain. Combining acupuncture, trigger point release and cupping therapy is where Rayna shines.
