I've been a practicing professional massage therapist since 1991 and am specifically trained in Integrated Manual Lymph Drainage (Lymphatic Therapy) as well as classic therapeutic and deep tissue massage.  

Additional trainig as an ECS Wellness Coach means I'm qualified and available to recommend lifestyle changes and highest quality botanical solutions to supplement and support the restoration of a balanced healthy body/mind system.

Your session always begin with a thorough in-take conversation, incorporating your health history and the questions & goals you bring with you.  Treatments are tailored to your unique situation and my assessment of your needs.  Comfort, safety, understanding, and your healing is my primary concern.
