Elevate Wellness Massage is located in Herndon, Virginia. It is the private practice of Licensed Massage Therapist Kelly Rollins. I specialize in Massage and Reiki for anxiety and depression as well as therapeutic techniques for relaxation and pain relief. I work with my clients holistically as a whole being. My style is an intentional blend of therapeutic pain relief and relaxation massage that will leave you feeling like you've just had your entire well-being reset. 

I use many different modalities and tools to encourage full nervous system relaxation. Coming from a background of social work, I recognized that many clients were bringing anxiety and depression to the table that needed to be addressed as equally as their stress, physical pain and muscular tension. Knowing that anxiety is the result of an overwhelmed nervous system I developed a system to work with them within my scope of practice using massage, breath work, acupressure, and reflexology to calm the nervous system. Each session is deeply layered with ritual and intention to incorporate all the senses. Feel your stress melt away as you experience total relaxation and pain relief. 

**LOCATION AND POLICIES**

Elevate Wellness Massage is located in Herndon, Virginia in the Springwood Professional Center. We have plenty of free parking to make your experience as simple and stress free as possible. My streamlined online booking system makes booking online simple for my clients and allows me to focus my energy on my clients in the treatment room. New clients must prepay online to secure their first appointment. New clients are welcome to call and leave a message with any inquiries and I may contact new clients prior to their appointment for consultation. I will email my online intake form and waiver to new clients. The intake form and waiver must be completed at least 24 hours before the first session. If the intake form and waiver are not completed 24 hours before the first appointment, the appointment will be canceled and refunded if I am unable to get a hold of you. As a licensed professional I cannot work with anyone that is unable or unwilling to complete the intake form and waiver online. 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING:

Please understand that making an appointment is a commitment to yourself to receive the Massage and Reiki you need as well as a commitment to your practitioner as the time is reserved for you. Please reserve rescheduling and cancellations for illness and emergencies.  

Of course things come up in life for all of us and we will need to reschedule occasionally. You may reschedule your appointment ONLINE up until 24 hours before the appointment time. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee equal to the service fee. Please know that I have the utmost sympathy for clients experiencing illness and emergency and this policy is not easy to enforce. However not having this policy would be an unsustainable business model and I want to be here to keep supporting the wellness in our community for years to come. 

Please remember that if you are feeling symptoms of illness, it's crucial to prioritize your wellness and refrain from coming in for a treatment. For the safety and well-being of everyone, I reserve the right to turn away clients that are too ill to receive a treatment. 

Late arrivals and NO SHOWS:

***PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME*** 

I work by appointment only and the door is locked until 10 minutes before your appointment time. We will have a brief intake conversation and then YOUR TREATMENT BEGINS AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Late arrivals will be given the remaining time of the scheduled treatment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late and has not called or texted to say they are on the way the appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. Clients that NO SHOW an appointment will be charged a fee equal to the service fee. I look forward to supporting you in your wellness soon.
