I love sharing my 25 years of massage experience and 18 years teaching yoga with folks in Botetourt County and surrounding areas. This is not your ordinary spa treatment; this is legit health care. You will complete health history information and we will work together to address your issues from pain relief to stress reduction. Some of the same people have been seeing me for over 20 years because I work to develop an ongoing plan of care to help you meet your goals. As a yoga teacher I can offer suggestions for stretching and other self-care between your massage appointments and offer private one-on-one yoga experiences.
