CELL PHONES: Please turn cell phones on silent during your visit with us. While in the waiting area, we respectfully ask you to step outside of the spa to make or receive calls.

SMOKING: Relaxing Moments Spa is a non-smoking facility.

APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS: We appreciate your understanding that our massage spa business reserves time for clients and relies on clients to arrive on time. For scheduled appointments, please arrive 15 minutes early if you are a new client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the services booked. Please Note: All prepaid bookings are a final charge and refund is not available. We will apply spa credit to your account. Thank you for your cooperation.

PAYMENTS: We do not accept personal checks. A credit card number is required to secure your appointment.
