Thai yoga massage has been proclaimed to be a massage, yoga class and chiropractic adjustment all rolled into one. A Thai yoga massage session is performed on a mat on the floor, though sessions can be modified for table work for those unable to access the floor. The recipient remains fully clothed except for their feet.
