Important: Effective March 7, 2023, clients who prepay for their appointment on Massagebook, but then cancel within 24 hours of their appointment, will not be issued a refund. Instead, we will keep your payment on file to use another time. Call us to reschedule. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice to allow time for another client to fill your cancelled space.
