Hi there - my name is Ana Sophia.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who is lucky enough to truly care about and enjoy what I do each day.  I consider this career more of a calling or life purpose than a “job”.  My abiding love for this healing modality pushes me to learn new skills, tools & methods.  It also consistently nudges me to discover new pathways of flow and to approach the body with confidence and curiosity simultaneously. These ever-evolving qualities allow me to creatively cater each massage to the needs of each individual client from treatment to treatment.

As far as I’m concerned, I am a lifelong student of The Human Body.  I know I don’t have the power to heal anyone outside of myself, but I can certainly offer highly effective support to another person's body and its own inner genius. I enjoy discovering how to be the best support I can be in this process.
