I have an Associate’s Degree in Occupation Studies in Massage Therapy with 12 years of experience. Every massage is tailored specifically for the individual. Modalities include; medical massage, deep tissue, connective tissue massage, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, as well as reflexology bodywork. Hot stone massage is a modality I offer at my home studio as well as aromatherapy. I make a point in teaching you about current postural challenges and include information about strengthening, stretching and rehabilitative exercise to aid in achieving overall wellness. Experience dealing with; stress related injuries, headaches, back pain, trigger points and general fatigue.

I see my role as a massage therapist involving care and compassion to all clients through the art of healing touch. My philosophy is that massage should be relaxing and therapeutic experience. Everybody is different and not every modality is right for all. I observe my client’s needs through communication and together we decide what techniques will work best. I encourage regular exercise, fresh food and stretching. I make it a personal goal to see clients regularly and educate everyone on the benefits of massage.

Each individual client is treated with patience and utmost care. My job is to listen to your needs and make your massage a totally body healing and relaxational experience. Feel free to be completely honest and open with your massage goals. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your highest state of wellbeing.
