I specialize deep tissue massage therapy, providing a nurturing calm atmosphere using different energy modalities such as reiki, color, sound, heat and aromatherapies proven to enhance & prolong the overall healing experience.

Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, however with a deep tissue massage, your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).
