I have been a massage therapist for almost 14 years. I do not do a specific type of massage. Each massage is customize to the client's focus and type of pressure. The massage session are a full 60,90, and 120 minutes.  The client will have a few minutes before their session to relax on the table and have extra time to recover from the massage. There is also coffee and tea if you need a pick me up before or after your massage
