Sacred Touch Massage and Energetic Balancing was created to assist in bringing balance back to the body. When there is an energetic imbalance, it can manifest into aches and pain trapped in the body. A massage from Sacred Touch can assist in correcting the flow of energy and bringing the body back to homeostasis. Here, we focus on the being as a whole, physically and energetically. What we Offer
● Swedish, deep pressure, cupping, trigger point, stretching, prenatal, and hot stone massage.
● Quantum Healing hypnosis and Reiki sessions.
● A safe, warm and relaxing environment to get you on the road to healing
What to Expect
● We will do a brief consultation at the beginning of each session so that I can understand the areas you want me to focus on the most and any pre-existing injuries or conditions.
● You can undress to the point where you feel comfortable. You will be covered with sheets and draping where appropriate.
● At the completion of your session, we will discuss an action plan to keep you on the path of healing.
How to Prepare
● To ensure you have the best session please do not smoke or wear strongly scented body products. Your therapist is very sensitive to smell.
● Please practice proper hygiene etiquette and shower before your session. Coming straight from the gym without showering is never a good idea.
● Don’t forget to breathe during your session.
● Drink plenty of water following your session.
Important Information
About Your Therapist
● The therapist is an on-call doula.
● In the event of an emergency during a session, the remaining time will be added to a future session.
● Any appointments scheduled for that day will be rebooked at the client's earliest convenience.

● This is a non-smoking facility.
● We are located at 300 N. Coit Rd Ste 360 Inside Promenade Tower, Richardson, TX 75080
● Hours of operation are subject to change.
● Current operating hours are:
Tuesday-Friday 10am- 4pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. Appointments after 6pm will require you to call or text to be allowed in the building.
● During regular business hours you park in the parking garage behind the building or in the front ● After business hours, please park in the front of the building facing Coit Rd and the first set of
doors will be open.
