Welcome to The Massage Table, where we offer Manual Therapy and Wellness appointments. The MT specializes in tailored treatments intended to meet the needs of the client from chronic conditions to day-to-day stresses that vary. Our focus is always on you and we make it our goal to meet everyone where they are at. 
Behind the practice is Holly Leah Fleming, Licensed Massage Therapist. She is trained in Medical Massage from the Southern California Health Institute, and has continued her education with a focus on her Master Myoskeletal Alignment certification. Her approach is in line with empowering and educating the client so that when away from the table they can be their best advocate for healthy movement and awareness of self. With 11 years of practice in her hands, she brings a variety of knowledge and experience to the table.  

Our Manual Therapy brings attention to chronic ailments or acute conditions. The Manual Therapy sessions incorporate a range of clinical applications that are intended to bring the body back to a comfortable and functional state. The applications range from hands-on protocols to assisted stretching and instrument assisted techniques. All of these approaches work with the body as a whole with a focus on the nervous system's relationship within the musculoskeletal system. 

With wellness as the focal point in this industry, we've created an option that works with our control center to bring the mind and body together. We understand not everyone is looking for a "fix me" massage, so we offer Wellness sessions that allow the client to escape or "pause" for a moment. Stressors come in many forms and it is an incredible opportunity to hold space for those who need to take a break from it all. The Massage Table has always been a safe space for this, and it is our honor to hold that.

**New clients please call or text to schedule an appointment. All calls and texts are responded to by the end of business day and a New Client profile will be set up. Once set up is complete an intake form is sent to be filled out before the first appointment. This allows Holly to go over the information and create a well-rounded assessment and plan.
