My name is Kim Alvarado. I am the owner/operator of Massage 4 Life. I offer custom massages at affordable prices. When it comes to massage, one size/type definitely does not fit all. Instead of using a routine, I customize a massage plan just for you incorporating a variety of techniques including, but not limited to, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work, myofascial release, and isolated stretch muscle release.
