Hi! I’m Karen Goins, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas focusing on Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage and other therapeutic massage modalities. I have a background in phlebotomy, have worked as a CNA, have a background in home healthcare, as well as completed my education as a medical assistant. I followed my passion for healthcare into the field of therapeutic massage, and received my license to practice massage therapy in 2014. I completed my LMT education at the Texas Center for Massage Therapy and completed more than 800 hours of specialized training in this industry before receiving my license and launching into my career, fusing healthcare and therapeutic massage to bring tremendous value and relief to my clients.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of medical settings seeing patients post-operatively for many years, until my journey has finally reached a point where it is time for me to launch out on my own! I am celebrating the grand opening of my first private practice, Touch By Karen, in 2025! I am so excited for this new chapter in my career, and I can’t wait to meet you!

My private practice is new, however I am a veteran in my field and I am passionate about my industry. My vision is to build a practice dedicated to the wellbeing of all clients who enter my space, and to serve others by sharing love and positive energy to everyone I touch.
