Meet Alexis McPherson
Alexis is a skilled massage therapist with a passion for understanding the intricate connection between the nervous system, fascia, and movement. She specializes in the link between structural imbalances, functional movement patterns, and chronic issues such as headaches, TMD, and anxiety disorders. Her therapeutic approach blends relief with education, helping clients develop awareness of their own bodies and how movement impacts long-term well-being.
Alexis believes that true healing comes from working with the body, not against it. By tuning into its subtle cues, she helps clients restore balance, reduce pain, and improve overall function. She also strongly advocates for an integrative approach to wellness, working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care, while simultaneously advocating for personal empowerment—stepping into your power, listening to your intuition, and tuning into your body to find relief and alignment on your own through movement.
She integrates a variety of modalities in her sessions, including gentle myofascial release, cupping, table Thai massage, and fascial stretching techniques. Her work is centered around improving movement efficiency, releasing fascial restrictions, and restoring balance to the nervous system.
Alexis prioritizes empowering her clients with knowledge and practical tools so they can take an active role in their healing process. Whether it’s guidance on stretching techniques, breathwork, or movement education, her goal is to equip clients with long-term strategies for sustainable relief.
