Beth has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008.  

Her bodywork is customized to the client's requests of that day. She mixes techniques of traditional Swedish, treatment work, Lomi Lomi, stretching, breathing & PNF.    

Beth is trauma-informed and works a lot with people who are tentative or brand new to massage and the "don't like to be touched, but need pain relief" crowd. 

She offers sessions at her studio and in-your-home massage to clients within a 30 minute drive from downtown Elgin, TX (78621)
