My name is Ashley Richardson and my interest in bodywork started after I had my first child in 2020 when the pandemic began. I really needed access to relaxing services that provided chronic pain relief. My interest grew into a business after I had my son. I couldn't walk after giving birth due to an epidural injury. I started practicing various bodywork techniques and it healed my body! I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release. I also create experiences with Spa Parties that include Bodywork Services, Foot Spa, Custom Menu, Wine/Coffee/Tea.
