Welcome to Cofer Bodywork and Massage! My name is Sebastian Cofer and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, CORE Myofascial Therapist, and a Licensed Medical Massage Practioner. I have worked diligently to establish and operate my own Bodywork and Massage clinic here in Dallas, TX. I have over 15 years of experience and have worked in both a spa and clinic setting in the DFW Metroplex. The services provided at Cofer Bodywork and Massage include, but are not limited to, Core Myofascial Therapy, Medical Massage and Sports Massage therapy. I have mastered many modalities including Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial techniques. Because I specialize in deep tissue my method is to fuse clinically based deep tissue and Myofascial techniques to both calm and relax. I also add stretching, movement and kneading to provide a restorative and therapeutic treatment that aids the body’s natural healing process. My goal is to relieve your initial pain or discomfort, restore normative function to your muscles and joints, and optimize your performance.
