Keeping You Moving massage & mobility was created from my passion for movement & recovery. Pro athletes & Olympians are able to train at such high levels by balancing training, prevention, and recovery. Utilizing massage, cold water therapy, sauna, & mobility training for max performance & health. I know what you're thinking "I'm not a pro athlete or Olympian." Working at a desk, driving, cutting hair, serving, cleaning teeth, food prep, landscaping, healthcare etc for 40+ hours per week; year after year; can be equally as demanding on the body & mind. Massage has been shown to improve mood, circulation, structural alignment, and postural awareness. Mobility reduces stiffness, improves range of motion along with injury prevention.
