Her unique blend of skills, experience, and expertise allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and, her extensive background in body awareness and mindfulness techniques informs her practice, enabling her to provide truly integrative care.
With a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for helping others achieve balance and well-being, Rachel co-creates personalized treatment plans that benefit all aspects of her clients' health. She offers more than 14 years of experience in body work, movement, and mindfulness practices to her clients. Her journey began officially in 2008 with Yoga Fit® teacher trainings where she worked with special populations, she then completed her Integrative Yoga Therapist practicioner training in 2013 while pregnant with her twins, and in 2015 she became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Rachel never stops learning and has received further trainings and certifications in various modalities related to Massage, Yoga, movement, and mental health to better understand her clients and work with them as their needs change.
