My background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Massage Therapist has sparked my passion and curiosity to better understand and support the physical body through a variety of modalities. I also love witnessing how facilitating energy movement can impact someone physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally.

I believe the whole body is connected and each tissue is an integral part of the whole.

As a lifelong learner, I am always exploring new modalities and furthering my knowledge. I enjoy blending my skills to support the needs of each client, so no two sessions are alike.
