Hi, I’m Tolicía Solomon, the proud owner of Toasted Therapeutics and a dedicated licensed massage therapist/Instructor, cosmetologist, and medical coder & biller.

As an Army veteran, a dedicated and passionate therapist, guided by passion and purpose, I provide massage therapy that goes beyond relaxation.  Using my hands to serve once more. I bring strength, resilience, and care into every session, empowering my clients to achieve wellness and balance in their daily lives.  Offering therapeutic touch that relieves stress, restores movement, and honors the body’s need for healing.

Massage therapy isn’t just my career, it’s my calling. I believe in the power of touch to heal, restore, and transform lives. Whether my clients seek relief from pain, stress reduction, or deep relaxation, I tailor every session to their unique needs, ensuring a holistic and therapeutic experience.

With my background in both medical and wellness fields, I bring a well-rounded approach to healing. At Toasted Therapeutics, my goal is to create a space where every person feels cared for, rejuvenated, and empowered to prioritize their well-being.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m embracing the joys and challenges of motherhood, continuously learning, and finding new ways to expand my impact in the wellness industry.

Toasted Therapeutics is a black owned, woman owned, veteran owned business supporting the DFW and surrounding areas through the healing power of touch. With an array of thermotherapy services to affect the blood vessels by dilation through heat, which has healing effects. Offering space to promote relaxation, increase energy levels, and increase healing throughout the body all while decreasing stress, tension, and pain.

Toasted Therapeutics is located inside of Legacy Salons & Day Spa Building. We are in a parking lot behind Discount Tire between Little road and Green Oaks Blvd. When you arrive into the lobby, turn right to walk through white double doors under the blue spa light, this will lead you to the Spa hallway and you nay have a seat anywhere you would like and I will come out to greet you at the time of your appointment. At Toasted Therapeutics our mission is to create space where relaxation meets renewal. Helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, relieve pain, and embrace self-care as a necessity, not a luxury. We are committed to providing healing, restorative massage therapy that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Not just as an occasional indulgence, but a vital part of self-care and holistic healing.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to build a wellness sanctuary where individuals from all walks of life find healing, renewal, and a deeper connection to their well-being through massage therapy especially veterans and those in high-stress professions. Our goal is to expand our impact beyond the massage table. Creating a legacy of healing, mentorship, and community support, while inspiring others to embrace the power of therapeutic touch. We aim to educate, uplift, and empower the community to prioritize wellness in body and mind.

[  ] Business Policies and Procedures

Reservation Agreement

When you schedule your appointment with Toasted Therapeutics, you are agreeing to adhere to the following policies and procedures.

• Booking & Scheduling:

All services require a credit card or voucher to guarantee a reservation. This includes services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking.

• Confirmation: 

Upon successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation. Make sure to check your email and be aware of any emails coming from Toasted Therapeutics

• Groupon Clients:

-All Groupons must be scheduled via phone call, email, or text message. Online booking requires payment in full and does not recognize Groupon vouchers.

- Special provisions or restrictions may apply. Consult the specific Groupon deal for details as some groupons are for NEW clients only.

-No show appointments will result in Groupon being redeemed and a $25 rebooking fee will be added.

-Groupon Clients are required to cancel with at least 24 hour advance notice to avoid loss of Groupon and $25 rebooking fee.

-Expired Groupons: Purchase value will be honored for 6months after expiration date. The difference of the full-price service must be paid to proceed with booking.

• Cancellation Policy:

Standard Cancellation: Clients are required to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price.

• No Call / No Show:

Missing an appointment without prior notification will result in a fee equal to 50% of your service charge if you wish to reschedule. Failure to reschedule will result in you being flagged in the system and removed from the list of active clients.

When an appointment is missed, it negatively impacts both the service provider and potential clients who could have utilized that appointment slot.

• Payment:

-All services and rates are listed on our website and subject to change without prior notice.

-We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and approved HSA/FSA

-Checks are not accepted.

• Health & Safety:

Sanitization: All rooms and equipment will be sanitized between sessions/clients.

• Miscellaneous:

Gift Certificates: Valid for one year from the date of purchase, they are transferable and non-refundable.

Lost Items: Toasted Therapeutics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Your secured appointment is in evident of agreement and consideration of the all above regulations and policies.

[  ] Affects of Thermotherapy:

• Reduced blood pressure: When temperatures rise, the heart reacts instinctively to lower the pressure.

• Vasodilation: The blood flow will increase as the capillary vessels in the area of application of heat expand and broaden. This has a cleansing and re-nutritionalizing energetic effect on the blood.

• Long-term use can have a sedative effect on us, which is useful for a variety of conditions like fatigue, stiffness or soreness in the muscles, tension, and trouble falling asleep.

-These are the cases in which thermotherapy will help you:

• Pain (it is analgesic) both physical and head, of the organs, menstrual etc.

• Constriction, hypertonia, stiffness and tendinitis (it nourishes and oxygenates with a greater blood flow).

• Contusions and other injuries that remain after three days.

• Spasms (analgesia and sedation) and involuntary reflexes.

• Low defenses (the tissues receive more defensive elements).

• Fluid retention, oedemas and similar (favors drainage).

• Chronic inflammation.

• Bursitis.

• Rheumatic diseases such as fibromyalgia.

• Musculo-skeletal diseases.

• Cellular and tissue atrophy and dystrophies (regenerates cells and tissues)

• Motor dysfunctions.

-Please seek advice from your health care provider to receive thermotherapy services if you have any of the following: 

• Cardiopathy.

• History of anticoagulation episodes or propensity to do so.

• Glaucoma.

• Neoplasia.

• Any infectious process.

• Open wounds.

• Severe hypotension.

• Liver failure.

• Acute inflammations (recently occurring or not remitting with days). In this case the opposite method is used, cryotherapy.

• Current suffering from a temporary skin pathology.

• Collagen-related problems.

• Altered tactile sensitivity.

• Kidney problems.

• Mild insomnia.

• Pregnancy (on the belly).

• If you have a metal instrument embedded in your body.
