Sometimes known as Carra, so feel free to call me either. 

I am a massage therapist that specializes In deep tissue and muscle recovery. I use different type of techniques and modalities based on your goals and needs. Whether it's alleviating pain and discomfort, or helping you release certain muscles and connective tissue to enhance muscle growth and performance. My Goal is to get you right! Whatever your need may be, I give 110 % to each session so that you are feeling and performing your absolute best.

Our sessions will always be customized to your needs at the time of, therefore each session may be a little different than the last.
