At Harmonic Bloom Massage I strive to provide the upmost service for my clients. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the client, whether it is relaxation from daily life or pain relief, I always do my very best to help and make sure they get what they need.
No Show & Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists and trainers only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancelation fee of $25. Gift certificates may be forfeited for no-shows as well.
If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries
- Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it.
- The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage at any time.
- The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. The clients will be kept informed of the area to be massaged.
- Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
