Integrative bodywork is my specialty! I integrate the modalities of Myofascial, Acupressure, Cranio-Sacral and Swedish to customize for you in what you need that day, that hour and in that moment.

Integrative Massage is a significant part of any healing journey. Through this process, I evaluate the body holistically, including the effects of emotion, thought life, and spiritual connection on your well-being.

Important things to note before booking:

• Tips are accepted, however they are not expected or required, which makes your payment process a seamless and stress free experience. In the state of Tennessee, Licensed Massage Therapists are Licensed Healthcare Professionals. 
• The massage room is located on the second floor within a historic home and salon. Stairs are required to reach the second level of the home.
• Children are not allowed in the massage room while the Parent is receiving bodywork. Children are not allowed to be unattended in the Salon as per the Establishment owner. The salon does not offer childcare services at this time. If you are a parent who has a child, who is a minor, please plan accordingly. 
• For a child who is a minor under 16 years old, Parents are required to be in the massage room during the session of their child. Signed parental permission is required for those under the age of 18.
