I'm Jess.  I've been a certified massage therapist for twenty years, but recently went back to school to update my education and become licensed in Tennessee.  I love learning about the body and what an amazing gift it is.  I feel even more blessed to be able to use the things I am learning to serve others and help alleviate pain, tension and overall stress.  I specialize in a technique called Advanced Muscle Integration Technique.  AMIT for short.  I prefer therapeutic massage which is a medium to firm pressure.  I have experience in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, swedish and prenatal massage.  I look for ways to find joy in my journey and look forward to helping you do the same through massage.  I am currently only traveling into homes, while I find a home office in this new area.  I am limiting my travel to Twin Falls County at present and require the space in a home to set up a massage table and comfortably walk around said table.  I will provide the table, linens and supplies needed for your bodywork.
