I will collaborate with with you, your chiropractor and physical therapists to enhance your recovery and improve mobility, flexibility, and balance. A safe, compassionate space dedicated to your well-being. Techniques tailored to support your body’s natural healing process. 

I am going to listen to you, ask you questions ... on what you tried ... to relieve your pain, or what you were doing when pain happens. I'll ask what medicine or supplements you may be using, and create a plan to meet needs and your pain tolerance. It's been a constant learning and researching what works, I keep notes, so we can see the progress. My massage is integrated so, don't worry which type of massage you chose I will do what is needed for you. Therapies include:

• Therapeutic Deep Tissue with Thai techniques, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy to release deep tension, used for therapeutic, medical, and sports recovery.
• Swedish Massage for relaxation, or Prenatal care.
