I offer Neuromuscular Therapy, Foot/Hand Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Swedish Massage and Myofacial Release (John F Barnes) Therapy. With each session, I offer the following at no extra cost: essential oils, hot rocks, Biomat (heated infrared table mat).  Client reviews pinpoint expert work on the neck, tight shoulders, headaches, spine, psoas, sciatic issues and low back and hip pain.

A little about me:  I grew up on a farm in rural South Dakota. I have also lived in Wyoming and Colorado, before moving back to South Dakota with my husband in May 2021.  Being outside, connecting with nature and being involved in outdoor satisfies my soul!
