"Our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made.  Marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well" (Psalm 139:14).  Our bodies have a God given natural ability to heal itself....continually striving to maintain itself in a homeostatic balance.  Massage is a great way to help it achieve that balance and restore peace within.  My goal is to help you restore balance and tranquility to your life by returning your body to a state of ease and balance through integrated therapeutic massage and energy work.
