 First time bookings will require pre-payment.  I ask for 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Any cancellation with less that a 24-hour notice could result in a cancellation fee up to full price of the missed session.  Refunds will not be made for cancellations, only credit applied for a future appointment.
