Before you book, please take a moment to review our guidelines and policies please.

• I understand that I must provide a MINIMUM 48 hour notice if I am unable to maintain my appointment. I understand that I will be charged 100% of the total charges for my appointment if I fail to give 48 hour notice and if My Massage is unable to re-book the session after my notice. I understand I will be charged 100% if I am a no call or a no show for my appointment. I understand that the therapist can refuse to re-book me if I do not settle my account in a timely manner. SICK/EMERGENCY reasons will be taken into consideration. No refunds are issued, only a credit will be issued for a future appointment.
• I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow and is NOT sexual in any form.
• If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain, rashes or discomfort I experience during or after the session. 
• I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
• I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.
• I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so. If I am sick or ill, I will notify the therapist as soon as possible. 
• I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.
• By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
• I understand that running late for my appointment will result in a deduction of my massage time. Please be on time. You will be charged for the time you scheduled.
• There is a small fee for using a credit card. It will show up on the Square receipt as a “tax.” It is not a tax, but a small fee for processing. 
• NO REFUNDS are given, only a credit will be issued for a future session or you can gift the credit to a friend. 
• After 3 cancellations or rescheduled sessions, you will be required to pay your next session in full. You will no longer have online booking access until a completed appointment. 
• I promise I read all of this and will now sign my life away....haha just kidding. Making sure you read it and understand it all for your protection.
