Tim is a retired Public Safety Officer which includes more than 20 years as a Paramedic. He specializes in Medical Massage using deep tissue and trigger point techniques. While many people are under the impression that deep tissue massage is supposed to be painful, Tim believes massage is ineffective if it is painful. Some minor discomfort may be experienced, but should never be so painful that the surrounding muscles tense up. He has worked in a spa setting as well as having been a massage instructor in Florida with some very good results and a long list of dedicated, repeat clients. Tim is currently a massage adjunct instructor at Spartanburg Community College.
