I am a licensed massage therapist with 24 years of experience as a physical therapist. I was born and raised on a farm in Wexford, PA, and am now raising my family here in Wexford.  I received my master's degree in physical therapy from Duquesne University in 1997.   After spending 24 years as a practicing physical therapist, I felt the need to make a change in my career.  I have always loved working with people in the health care setting, so massage therapy was a natural transition.  I attended the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2022.  

My health care background gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the human body.  I have years of experience treating patients with orthopedic and neurological issues, pain, and post-surgical/injury recovery, and I bring that experience into massage.  I will work with you to personalize your massage based on your goals, with your health history in mind.  I welcome clients of all ages, with a range of massage goals:
