Lynora will spend time with you. She will evaluate your sleeping positions, holding patterns, your gait and weight distribution when standing still. She has a way of bringing attention to any dysfunction within your body causing you discomfort and she will help you to improve your condition through awareness and education that you can understand.
HER UNIQUE TECHNIQUE
Lynora will apply slow deep moving pressure along your pain path causing a much needed myofascial release. She uses a steady pressure massage with deep compressions and passive stretching to deliver improved mobility the minute you get off the table.
Within 4 weekly sessions and constant awareness of holding patterns, her clients report feeling better overall and can actually see noted improvement in their posture and gait.
