Next Level Massage provides custom massage sessions and treatments based off your specific goals and needs by completing an informal consultation before your session. Next Level Massage is all inclusive meaning that all techniques and modalities are at your disposal at no additional costs, complementary electrolyte drink and snack are available to start your post massage care, and clients can rest at ease that tipping is not necessary or excepted.

Next level Massage combines various massage therapy techniques and modalities to address your current goals and long term goals. Techniques and modalities include, but not limit to: Swedish, deep tissue, sports/orthopedic, scar tissue release, trigger point therapy, traditional & dynamic cupping therapy, pneumatic compression, gua-sha (muscle scrapping), kinesiology taping, and aromatherapy.

Next Level Massage pairs best with individuals looking for alternative pain relief, post surgery healing, and improving flexibility and mobility for the sports enthusiasts or active person. 

Next Level Massage strives to become an adjunct to your rehab, wellness, and healing journey.

The following polices are established and will be viewed as the framework for consistency and conduct to ensure that the client understands the exceptions from the business and therapist: 

1. Therapist reserves the right to deny any client for massage therapy for any reason. 

2. Therapist WILL NOT respond to phone calls. Text messaging, use of Facebook Messenger, or business email are acceptable ways of communication. 

3. All appointments will be made online via scheduling app and link can be found on business Facebook page and website. It will be the client’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule their appointment or by notifying therapist via above communication methods. 

4. Forms of acceptable payments: cash, check, debit/ credit cards. Please note- if paying with check, checks will be deposited on Thursdays at end of business day. 

5. Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice. Less than 24 hour notice will result in paying for 50% of service. 

6. “No calls/No shows” are not tolerated and client will be required to pay 100% of missed visit and will be required to prepay for next appointment. Client is given a 15 min “grace period.” If client does not come in the grace period, they will be considered a No Show. 

7. Late arrivals will result in a shorten treatment time, but will be required to pay full amount of scheduled service. 

8. In the chance that massage therapist has to reschedule with the client, the client will be offered the following Saturday or the next weekday that works for both parties. 

9. Client agrees to arrive 15 mins early to fill out consent to massage, massage intake, and waiver. Failure will result in decreased treatment time. Vital signs will be monitored as indicated for some medical conditions. 

10. Gratuity & Tipping: Next Level Massage’s philosophy is just like your Chiropractor and/ or Physical Therapist- you do not need to tip for these services, and Next Level feels the same! If a client still insists on “tipping,” your token of gratitude and appreciation will be acknowledged, but please note it is not excepted or necessary.

11. When scheduling with Next Level Massage, you are acknowledging you understand the terms and policies, and will adhere to cancellation, late, and no show policies as stated above.
