Hi! My name is Michele and I am a licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy is my second career. I spent 17 years in public education living in Charlotte, North Carolina. I made the move back to Pennsylvania to be closer to my family and fell in love with massage therapy. My approach is a little different than a typical spa massage. I provide therapeutic massage which focuses on relieving muscle pain in two or three problem areas. I try to address acute and chronic pain by integrating various techniques or modalities. Techniques such as cupping therapy, hot or cold stone therapy, dynamic stretching, or scraping of myofascial tissue. I come to you with five years of massage therapy experience. I've had training in craniosacral therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy.
