Phases Therapeutic Massage (Phases) was founded by Amy-Lou Strickland to provide uniquely curated care to any individual with a body. Life is full of phases as we grow and age, are hurt and heal, and Phases Therapeutic Massage is here for you through all of them.
Specializing in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Swedish Massage, Amy-Lou is a 2018 graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. Her unique blend of these modalities and general knowledge of the structure and function of the body will provide you with a comprehensive massage tailored specifically to your needs.
