The Shop:

 Located in Coal Township, Pennsylvania; Balanced Spirit offers services such as; Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Sound Healing & MORE! It is home to Northumberland County's VERY FIRST Salt Lounge we like to call "Dancing Sky". The lounge can accommodate up to 10 people!!

We also house a Full Spectrum, two person Infrared Sauna!

Balanced Spirit is an all inclusive, safe, healing space where you can escape alone or de-stress with friends. We offer many different types of services, products & tools to help you along your healing & spiritual journey.

How it all began-

Owners Alicia DePeal & Shelby Foulds have known each other since childhood. They were introduced by Alicia’s Uncle and Shelby’s friend, Todd. Over the years life had led each of them down different paths but they always seemed to come back together(mostly because Tood wouldn’t have it any other way) Todd ALWAYS had a way of not only bringing people together but also making sure those he loved most had each other as well. Even if they were complete opposites- Shelby was always down to earth & grounded while Alicia has always had her head in the clouds & tends to be eccentric. 

In 2016, Todd suddenly left this realm & entered into the spirit world. Alicia & Shelby were completely devastated  but also grateful for the many pushes they were given to become friends. Since then, they have learned to count on & support each other in ways similar to what Todd had done for each of them. Balanced Spirit is the result of a pushy Uncle & friend who loved two seemingly completely different people who it turned out had the same goals & dreams of offering the world peace, comfort, healing & wellness on many different levels.

A little about us!

 Alicia is a Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Master & has been practicing both for 20 years. She has almost 10 years of experience as a Shamanic Practitioner & a lifetime of experience as in intuitive. Alicia is currently working her way towards becoming a Certified Craniosacral Therapist. 

Shelby is a Reiki Master & Reflexology Practitioner with 30 years of experience. In addition to these practices, she also offers Sound Healing, Guided Meditations & many different types of healing & crafting workshops.
