Hello! My name is Justus Grose and I am an LMT who sees clients both at H&B Bodyworks and through my private practice, Healing Hands of Justus.  Originally hailing from Austin Texas, I have lived in Oregon for the past 27 years.  I am a graduate of the Austin School of Massage and have continued my education with Lane Community College's Massage Program.   I have also studied Structural Intergration privately with Master Structural Integrationalist Lauren Bailey.  I have a diverse skill set that includes Swedish Relaxation Techniques, Deep Tissue, Injury Rehabilitation, Chakra Balancing and Energy Healing, as well as a strong background in Structural Integration.  I frequently blend all of these techniques and modalities to aid my clients in the release of pain, dysfunction, stress and trauma. I’ve been on a path of discovery my whole life. I believe in love, kindness and thoughtfulness. I do my own healing work so that I may find peace and balance.
