Hi, my name is Traci. I am a licensed massage therapist. I have been licensed and practicing since 2019. I’ve learned how to listen and let the subtle cues of the body determine how I can be of service in someone's healing process.

I have always been interested in learning about the body and mind and discovering natural ways to facilitate healing. When I was younger I would give family members shoulder massages and received amazing feedback. This has always stuck with me and has guided 

me to this career. I integrate healing massage with the goal of empowering people to achieve physical and emotional wellness through therapeutic massage. I have developed my business to be a neutral and safe environment for all.

I specialize in treating plantar fasciitis, sciatic nerve pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck pain, back pain, knee pain and migraines. I apply several modalities including classic Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and Berry Method®. My intention in each massage is to listen and personalize your session based on your expectations.

I accept and bill most insurances including MVA's. I am in network with PacificSource insurance. I do not take OHP at this time including PacificSource Community Solutions. I am happy to check your policy to see if your insurance plan covers massage therapy. Please give me at least 72 hours to verify insurance coverage prior to your first appointment.

I am located on Centennial Blvd in Springfield, just east of Autzen Stadium. There is free parking directly in front of the building. 

Cancelation Policy: To minimize no shows and last minute cancellations, a minimum of 24-hours notice is required if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you change or reschedule your appointment without providing a 24-hour advance notice or fail to keep your appointment, you will be charged in full.
