My journey into massage therapy began after a transformative career change from 20 years in the banking industry into the world of natural health and wellness. With a desire to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being, I strongly believe in the therapeutic effects of massage to not only relieve pain and tension but also to nurture the body and mind.

After graduating with honors from Southern Alberta Institute of Massage in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, I made the exciting decision to move to the United States to start the next chapter in my life. It was also around this time that I married my wonderful husband, who is American. This new journey brought me not only to a new country but also to a deeper understanding of different cultures and experiences and an opportunity to bring my skills as a massage therapist to a diverse and welcoming community here in the U.S.
