A native Oregonian, I trained locally at Everest Institute with an emphasis on Deep Tissue and Orthopedic massage. Additionally certified in Sports and Injury Recovery massage, I welcome the challenges of working with clients to maximize their health through integrative bodywork. Through my personal experiences with post traumatic injury healing and chronic pain, I feel I can offer an empathetic and personalized approach to working with a full spectrum of clients.
