Availability: In-office by appointment only Tuesdays & Thursdays. Yes, we are taking new clients for office visits! Home visits only available to existing housecall clients. 

Modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, triggerpoint, cupping, assisted stretching, prenatal/postpartum bodywork, aromatherapy and flower essence therapy. Great for relaxation, stress relief, muscle tension reduction, postural imbalances, repetitive use problems, and injury recovery.  

For those with Insurance: 

• MVA (motor vehicle accident) and Worker's Comp clients welcome! Please select the MVA/insurance option for your appointment and obtain a referral for massage therapy by your doctor or chiropractor. 
• Health Insurance: Tillie can create a superbill for you to submit to your insurer to reimburse you for massage (please check with your insurance company to confirm they offer reimbursement for massage therapy specifically performed by a licensed massage therapist before you come to your appointment. Tillie will take payment at the time of service and cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you). Does your insurance cover out-of-network massage therapy? Payments: Now taking HSA and FSA cards! You can also pay with credit or debit card, tap to pay, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, or the classic cash or check. Trades with other licensed bodyworkers are also welcome!

About the Therapist: Tillie is a queer and neurodivergent artist, poet, and doula-in-training who strives to offer a friendly bodywork space to her community; Tillie loves to work with prenatal and postpartum clients, healthcare workers, fellow doulas and bodyworkers, artists, and creatives. She is a graduate of the Oregon School of Massage and became licensed in May 2023. Prior to graduation Tillie practiced supervised massage and manual therapy at West Linn's Summit Chiropractic and Massage as a Chiropractic Assistant (2021-23). After completing her bodywork education she began work in her private practice, Frog and Willow LLC, and at Yomassage Social Spa in Portland, Oregon where she was the Lead Therapist. She also taught the Yomassage signature yoga classes and couple's massage community workshops there. In collaboration with her many clients, the chiropractors from Summit, and through years of work with flower essences, herbalism, and earth-based spirituality, Tillie has learned to gracefully share intuitive bodywork that she is proud of. Her attentive, slow-and-steady massage style brings a heightened sense of peace, groundedness and embodied presence.
