With our lives being so busy, it can be hard to take time out for ourselves. Without our focus on the small moments in our lives, we tend to live in the shadows of our being. Self care can help us attain health goals for ourselves and bring us back into focus so that we are aligned with what is important to us. I believe we each need to take charge of our own healthcare and that bodywork can be a tool to help us with that. I strive to focus on bringing my best self to the table so that I can be fully present and blend modalities that are suited for your needs. Often, this can be trying to calm the nervous system so that we can start to reduce stress and slow down. I focus on treating the fascial system for an unwinding experience that can affect the whole body and start to introduce a new pattern for our mind to wrap around. I especially love working with chronic conditions, pain patterns, joint pain, digestive disorders and other ailments that have left us lost in our current medical system.
