Beginning each session, I reserve space for us to connect, allowing time to share anything important for our work together. My goal is for your body to feel safe, rested, and empowered to rebalance health. I offer you tools within Craniosacral Therapy and Tui Na to promote overall well being and restore the body’s natural harmony. You may request the use of Cupping and Gua Sha for deeper restoration.
